2007 F-150 Maestro iDatalink?

Hi all,

This is my first post as a new owner of a 2007 F-150, I am planning to replace the stereo and install a backup camera. I have the iDatalink Maestro RR in my 2008 Mountaineer and it gives an OBD 2 connection that I was hoping to replicate with the F-150. Has anyone tried installing the Maestro in their 2004-2008 F-150 even though it is currently an unsupported configuration per iDatalink? I ordered the parts and am planning on trying some things to get it working but before blazing a new trail I always like to ask if others have already done it.

Thanks,

Mark

Did you ever get a response or figure it out. I just picked up a 2007 Harley Edition and was thinking the same. I have it my 2010 Adrenalin.
