Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and hope this is the right place to ask this question. I just bought a 2010 f150 with sync navigation and would like to know how to clear the previous owners info out of the navigation system. It still has his home and other POI's in there. I've tried a master reset but to know avail. If anyone can tell me how to clear it out it would be greatly appreciated.
