2013 FX4 with Luxury Package

I broke the touch screen in my dash that controls the Navigation, seat coolers, radio, phone, back-up camera, etc...

I have been to the dealer twice to see how much it is going to cost to replace it with a new screen, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the screen? Is it going to cost me $500 or $1500 ???

 

I just heard back from the dealer. It sounds like I have to purchase the whole radio ***'y which will cost between $1200-1250 installed.

Wondering whether I could find a screen from a junk yard...

 

I'm sure it's not serviceable. Nothing these days is serviceable. We live in a disposable world.
