Just a reply back from oemautopartsco.com. They can do the programming but they want $199.95 to do it. They say they only do 06 to 08 models but I guess you could say you have an 07 F150. As far as I can tell the 04 and up are all programmed the same. I am going to my local dealer tomorrow because the service manager said he was going to see if he could use his IDS through the OBD II port and program it for me.

Ford cannot access the programming menu to make the necessary changes.

Contact United Radio. They will need to program your nav unit to your VIN. There is a form you fill out and mail in with the unit. It costs roughly $110 shipped and you'll get it back within 3 days of them receiving it (approximately).

The gentleman that helped me was great...here is his info: dmarafino@unitedradio.com

Thanks for the reply. I called United Radio Monday and shipped my radio off the same day. They know what they are doing and the price is very reasonable.

United Radio received my radio today, reprogrammed it, and is shipping it back to me TODAY, all for $75.00 plus shipping, which is $17.00 for overnight. $92.00 for same day turnaround, plus overnight return shipping. Excellent place to do business with. Anyone needing a Ford radio reprogrammed should call them.
