Video Wiring Help please (2009 System into a 2006)

I have a 2006 F-250 Lariat CrewCab.

I bought a 2009 F-150 Backup Camera (emblem mounted, not handle) and a 2010 F-150 LCD Rearview Mirror. The camera has about 6ft of OEM harness that is too short.

Couple of questions:
1. How hard is it to extend the +/-/shield wires for the camera? I need about 20 ft of extra length. I'm worried about losing video quality

2. Rather than making my own extension, where can I buy one?

3. Anyplace I can buy OEM Ford Connectors so I can do pin-outs and keep it somewhat OEM-ish?
Here are the 2009 F-150 Wire Diagrams.

I plan on using the 20 ft extension for the camera +/-/shield wires. Then to trigger the camera on, and the mirror LCD on, there is a Reverse switched wire on the F-250 already running to the OEM Auto-Dim camera. I'll just use that to trigger with a relay.

Clear as mud? Hopefully someone has done something similar and tell me if I'm on the right track or am off my rocker

TIA. Can't wait to install this bad puppy in the truck
