Ive had several systems in my days, several of them with TV Tuners and so on. Ive noticed that there arent many Tuners to choose from as if they are not made anymore. Would this have something to do since the signal being transmitted is no longer analog and now digital ??

I know that Satellite is the way to go but I just dont like the look of that huge dish on your car. surprisingly they havnt made a compact one.

I have a Pioneer 4200dvd and thought of adding a Pioneer tv tuner if possible.

Any input ??

 

Digital is tough/ nearly impossible to get a constant reception on the move. Analog could come in and out for the most part, but digital to put it simply: You either get the picture or not. Not much wiggle room for over the air service
