Paint a flip down screen
i have a act 15.4 dvd screen..but before i install it .. i wanted to paint it black (the color of my interior)... right now its a wierd grayish color. but the material is like a soft gel padding like the ones used for phone covers. can that be painted? if so how?????

if you paint it, it will more than likely flake and chip really ugly when that "gel padding" flexes any. It may be able to be dyed... look into dyes and see if something may work for you.
