So I am looking at geting this http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...ms/AVIC-U310BT unit and was carious if you guys had any input, mainly from those who have used it.

 

its pretty disappointing in my opinion. ive installed a few and i didnt like it...for a double din radio, theres only a 4.3 in screen...yes the screen is removable but it cannot operate on its own without being docked in the radio. also it doesnt have any video input/outputs...also no back up camera input either.

im not thrilled by it, but just remember its a basic nav/radio...but yeah...thats just my opinion....considering i just installed an avic-x920bt and the new av interface is amazing!

 

ehh not my cup of tea but if you do decide, search around reguarding prices.

Yeah looking at it I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not, and I haven't been able to find one localy to play with. The biggest pluse was the fact that you could remove the screen for securtiy.
