I have a Boyo VTL300C license frame bu-camera, and its not mounted flush against the vertical portion of the bumper because the bottom bumper "humps" (highlighted with red circles) are causing the bottom of the frame to drag, thus causing the frame itself to flex if the bolts are tightened all the way.

Anyone experience this problem, and have a fix? The flexing of the frame causes the image to cut in and out. Figured out a temporary fix, but not perfect. Thanks for any input.
