Ford Factory Nav for 2004 F150
I have a 2004 f150 Screw Lariat, 20" wheels, Factory AM/FM CD changer audiophile w/subwoofer, and steering wheel controls.
I would like to replace the existing stereo with a ford factory navigation system with IPOD jack and Sirius capability...Looking for a complete plug and play solution that comes with all needed antenna's, connectors, and components as a turn key solution.
Does anyone know where I can find a factory nav system - without buying direct from a ford dealer? Also, does anyone know if the new 2010 sync navigation system would fit into a 2004 f150 with a factory look?
