I have a 2007 F150 SCREW, and i bought a factory nav unit from "nuttinbutford" years ago! i dont know if that guy still hangs out here, but he mentioned that he had steering wheels with the audio controls on it, for like 120.00. I already have cruise control, but would like to be able to change tracks and ajust volume as well?
