If he doesn't still do that type of work, call the Automotive Resource Center at 781-721-0092. I purchased a Mercury Nav unit off of eBay and brought it to them to have it reprogrammed (contrary to other posts I have read on the site, Mercury radios can be reprogrammed to work in a Ford). The guy that runs the shop, Dominic, was extremely helpful and the unit works great. I think they do a lot of other work on electrical components so I would HIGHLY recommend them.
