Question Pioneer F700 Installed But I Have Problems

I install my Pioneer 700 unit last night and everything seems to be working except for the mic! I can hear people but they can't hear me? I tried searching Avic 411 and couldn't find anything? Also I bought it from a guy on here and would like to know how to change his password he gave me if that's possible?

Where did you install the mic at? And are you sure it got plugged in?

I plug the mic in the back of the unit where in was shown on the install manual and then I ran the wire under the dash and up the drivers side window molding and let sit flush with the ceiling. I'm gonna pull it back out tonight and make sure the mic cord didn't come loose when I put everything back behind the unit.

I checked everything out and it is plugged in. My phone is synced with it and I can call out, but no one can hear me. I don't know what else to check? Any help would be great!

Ok!! I figured out my problem. When I ran my bluetooth wire up my door molding I put the screw for the door molding through it when I put the molding back in. Yes I know I'm a genius! Thanks to the Best Buy installer hooking my up with a free mic everything is now working.
