back up camera 2008

i have a brand new 08.....i have the upgraded mirror package, with auto diming feature....with this mirror work with the factory back up camera? how hard is it to install, if this mirror will work with it?

If you have the factory BU Cam and instead of getting the mirror, spend a few dollars upgrade your radio to and In-dash monitor and wire the camera up to that.

i don't have the camera yet......i already have the mirror...if the mirror i have will work with the camera...that was one of my questions....

im almost sure your mirror wont work, it has to be the one with the monitor built in, i doubt ford would install the mirror and not the cam. I could be mistaken though.

I don't see ford wasting money by putting monitors in mirrors and not adding the cameras. Anything is possible though!
