I just bought a 2008 and it came with Audiophile.

What do I get for my $250?

 

You got a tiny little sub woofer that is mounted under the rear seat. For such a big *** black box, it does not thump very much. Then again, its the biggest sub that I have ever had in a vehicle...

It does sound better with the audiophile sub than without.

 

Well, since I've never had a sub before this one is fine.

 

You also get different door speakers. With audiophile you get 5 1/4 in. speakers up front with mini amps on the adapter plates which make them fit in the 6 x 8 opening. The rear speakers are still just standard ford 6 x 8 speakers.
