Hey guys I jsut bought a kenwood kvt-819dvd, I need to know where to tap the green wire for the parkign sensor so I can play dvd's even thou am not on park.... thanks

 

Lt. Green to Black (aka GROUND) in the harness.

 

so connect that green wire to basically anywhere????

 

NO... To the GROUND. Trust me it works

Hypo is right.. Just ground it. Attaching that green wire to the parking brake is just so that when you engage the brake you are grounding the system and essentially aren't moving.

Just ground it to the metal frame or any screw that goes into a solid metal frame.
