I posted this in the 04-08 forum originally, but it is probably better placed here.

Long story short. . .I sent my NAV unit off to be reprogrammed to add the factory sub option. When I get the unit back, the diagnostics say subwoofer is turned on, however no subwoofer control menu appears under the audio options with the bass and treble.

I figured maybe it would appear after I got the subwoofer connected. Well, I got the factory sub unit in today, and I get no sound from it. I highly doubt the sub is bad. Any ideas? I just want some ROI here! The factory harness was under the carpet, and I have connected all 3 harnesses to the NAV unit when I reinstalled it. I re-checked the connections behind the NAV unit just to be sure.

If anyone has a NAV unit and wants to run an experiment for me Iii'd appreciate it. If you run the diagnostics (holding buttons 3 and 6 with unit turned off), what options does it list as being "enabled"? Also, if you unplug the subwoofer, then turn the stereo on, is the subwoofer control menu still available under the audio button? I'm trying to find out if the reprogrammer failed to enable the subwoofer out.
