I ordered a 2008 F150 that has the MP3 audio jack in the dash tray that I want to use for my Ipod but will the Magellan navigation mess it up or make un usable?

ALso I have seen alot of guys buying the navigation systems for anywhere between $550 to $1,000 but I found this...

I have the same question Super FX4 has. I want to put the Magellan Integrated system in my '08 truck. But the iPod connection is in that top tray. If you put the Nav system in, you have to remove the old tray. I too want to be able to still use my iPod. Has anyone had any experience with this? If I use the ne Nav system, can I still hook up my iPod somewhere else?
