Question about hooking up headrest screens to center screen

Ok here is whats up, I have just mounted my 2 headrest screens and want to run them to my screen in the center console so that they all play the same thing. I know that can be done but the screens also came with a seperate dvd player that can be mounted elsewhere. My question is can i hook up my screens to both the center screen and the speperate dvd player. so that if people in the back want they can watch a movie in the seperate dvd player while i listen to cd in the front screen, then when i want i can put a dvd in the center and have all screens playing the same thing.

If you screens came with an a/v control box, you could set it up that way. If it did not, then it would indeed be a series of splitters and or a/b switches.
