don't know about adding it in, I haven't seen it at least, I heard the new f-150's are gonna have it.. just thought I'd throw that out there, u could prob. get that new system I guess and make it work that way for a factory system, but u might as well get an aftermarket HU

 

I found one company but you do have to send in your head unit for modification. This will give you a rear camera input and a video input.
Cost of the unit they quoted me was $250 for the input unit and $75 for the modification. from Sales@AVElectronic.com
