I got the Blackbird II finally and installed it in my IVA-W205. Everything is working except for the bluetooth microphone. I have it plugged into the back of head unit, but when I make a call, I can hear the person but they can't hear me. The Blackbird works ok in my other vehicle for bluetooth calls, just not when docked. Is there a setting that I am missing, or is it possible that I have a bad microphone? Thanks for any help.

 

If I remember right, when I set up mine I had to change a setting in the setup of the W205, not the blackbird, to enable the microphone input.

 

I called Alpine, and the mic actually plugs into the pigtail that hangs from the back of the unit, not the plug directly in the back of the unit, that plug is for the steering wheel controls. Its all good.
