I have done a bunch of searching on here and cruthfield's site trying to decide what type of headunit to get. I am looking for a double din unit for my 2004 F150 New body, that has the full screen with navigation being an option. I just have the stock stereo components installed currently, and probably will only upgrade my speakers in the future.

Does anyone have a recommendation for me that won't break the bank. Preferably under $1000.00? The main feature is the nav, but I wouldn't mind a better sounding system as well.
