Question:

I am replacing my stock radio unit with a OEM Ford navigation unit. I'm also adding Sirius satellite radio.

I already have a Ford factory navigation system and a Ford Sirius receiver unit that was pulled from another 2007 F150. I also have the Sirius antenna that plugs into the back of the Sirius receiver.

Does anyone know what else I need to wire everything together? Will a need a separate antenna for the navagation unit and satellite radio? I want to get all the cables in hand before I hand everything over to my installer. I asked the people at my local Ford dealer and they left me on hold forever, so I hung up in frustration
