OEM Nav & Back up Cam?
Does anyone know how, or if it's possible, to hook up a back up camera to the factory Nav Unit? '07 F150 FX4

Thanks for the bump LongScrew. My buddy has a new MDX with the back-up cam incorporated to his Nav screen and I want one too.
