I installed this dvd headunit today, this my second 100th time installing a stereo. As soon as I yurned it on the screen came out half way and there was a big spark from inside and the damn thing started smoking. Im lost. I dont know what to do.

 

At least your truck didn't catch on fire...

Maybe something came loose inside and it arced something... take it back to the store...

 

The spark came from inside the unit? Sounds like it could be a bad unit. Double check your wire connections and if those are ok then take it back.

 

wiring was perfect. I took it back and exchanged it for a pioneer. Think im better of with it.
