I'd stay away from Dual. That's the normal word on most websites.

They mean stay away from "Dual" as a manufacturer name. Not double DIN. "Dual" is a cheap knockoff electronics brand.

I would like to add that Dual is getting better and better....they used to be the joke but not so much anymore.

They are also a Canadian company for you folks up North...I am sure they will be more competitive in the future. I talked with some old heads in the industry and they agree, a few years ago they were a joke now they are making some really nice LCD's....just need to get more features....If you were looking to get headrest monitors, Dual is a brand to consider for sure. I wouldn't use them as a HU just yet.

You should look at the Alpine IVA-W200 / 205. The 205 has a built in slot for the Blackbird Nav system. I have the 200, and absolutely love it.

Car Audio .. they don't have a very good reputation, from everything I have read.

Dual makes some of the best turntables in the world, and have for 40 years.
