Eclipse AVN50D ipod question

Hello All,
I have a AVN50D in my truck, I also have Sirus hooked up. My question is from what I have read. I can still hook up a ipod? I have read that there will be know display unless I go threw the sirus port on the radio. If I can hook up the ipod should I just go on ebay and get the generic ipod adapter that has the 2 jacks? or go with the stock ipod adapter. What would be the best hook up using it with sirus? Thanks for the help

Jim

The eclipse ipod adapter will still work in the changer mode, it will not display the song but will still give you direct control for the ipod. If you want you can also get an ipod to rca adapter and connect it to the aux input(vtr) and control the ipod itself.
