Anybody know how to take out the headliner in an F150 SCrew? Or at least the map light assembly?

I recently bought an 04 FX4 SCrew, previous owner was a not the brightest individual ever, he installed some sort of remote light into the roof without taking out the headliner, ran the power cord outside the truck and self tapping screws. Needless to say there's a nice hole in the roof now, I am going through the truck getting ready to paint and want to fix all of the blemishes at 1 time.

Any help would be appreciated.
