I am considering purchasing a Avic-Z1 and installing in my 06 F250. Clearly you can purchase one much cheaper on-line vs. Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. However, I am not certain I want to attempt installing it myself. I was wondering if Best Buy, or other places will install the unit if you didn't purchase it from them?? Also, I am concerned about them screwing up my truck. Anyone have experience with these places doing and installation for you?

As long as you have the reciept, most stereo places wont have a problem installing it for you. In fact i bought mine from a box store and had it installed by another place that did my car alarm and starter.
