Will this unit come ready to be used with bluetooth phones or will you have to use some type of adapter? Also, is the mic for voice recognition built in or something external?

You will have to buy a seperate add-on Bluetooth module that would install inside your dash and be controlled by the touchscreen. I'm not sure about the mic, but I think the Z1 comes with a mic so it may use that.
