Kenwood TV Tuner ?

Hey guys, first post here but long time ford enthusiast. I just installed a Kenwood PNAV7017 in my 05 screw and have a backup camera on the way. I have been looking at the Kenwood TV Tuner add-on for their headunits and would like any reviews on the product that anyone has to offer. My first concern is regarding the picture quality. I would imagine that while parked, it would pick up channels as good as any other television with rabbit ears. But how is the quality while the truck is moving? Also, my second concern is the antennas. How do they mount? Are they visible while inside of the cab? I don't know if I would want some large antennas stuck to the inside of the glass or not. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard from a couple of audio shops that TV tuners are pretty useless while driving. I thought about getting one for my Kenwood but, was told they were a waste.
