Eclipse AVN 5435
Just had an AVN 5435 installed in my 05 SCREW KR. I have a couple of problems I could use some help with.
1. The installer was unable to properly hook up the stock sub woofer. When it is plugged in there is a loud pop when first staring and any time the dome lights come on. In addition it hums constantly, except when I turn off the display on the AVN 5435. Any ideas?
2. The DVD player does not always recognize the Nav disc. I have to remove the Nav disk, play a movie then replace the Nav disc and it works untill the next time I turn the car off for longer then 5 minutes. I am thinking the disc is bad but was wondering if I had inadvertantly changed a setting.
3. Can the start up disclaimer screen be permanetly disabled?
I have been unable to find answers in the manuels, or I have missed the answers.
