Kenwood 7015 install?

Kenwood 7015 install?
For some of you folks that have done the 7015 install, I have some questions that I haven't been able to figure out from searching through other posts.
I (will) have a 05 King Ranch that is being built this week in Claycomo and so I should take delivery sometime in the next couple of weeks. I have ordered the Kenwood 7015 and also have the 4100 navigation unit on the way.
From reading the various posts, it sounds like I need to order 1) the PAC SWI-X (to enable the steering wheel controls to continue to work), 2) a Meta 99-5807 kit, which is the trim ring/mounting kit, and 3) the Crutchfield 120-70-5520 wiring harness. Is that consistent with what you did?
I have not been able to figure out from any of the posts or pictures where is the best place to mount the emitter for the PAC SWI-X. Where did you mount it?

Well first and foremost congrats on your new ride.
As for your questions you have done the right thing by searching the forums for your answers and they sound right to me so far.
I havent installed the PAC SWI-X yet but I would post this question in the 2004 2005 f150 forum and you would probaby get the right answer there much faster.
