Illinios ipass

Hey
I just bought a 2010 F150 and want to stick my iPass transponder to the windshield. The F150 logo is on the windshield in front of the rear view mirror along with what looks to be the antenna or something. Will the iPass work if I put it right behind that stuff, to the right or left of the rearview mirror as ipass wants?

Dunno about the 2010s but that's where mine is in my 2005. No problems - been 4 yrs.

So, you couldn't just put it there and go through the toll booth to see if it worked? You had to ask on here? It's a radio frequency transponder. Unless you have metallic window tint on all of your windows, it should work fine.

Thanks for all the advice about the ipass thing. I live about 200 miles away so the next time that i get into the Chicago area, I will try it where the first post suggested I put it. I just travel through the Chicago toll system a couple times a year on the way to the east coast so the ipass comes in handy through all the tolls eastward.
GO Pack. That Bear meat tasted good!
