Problems starting your '05 or newer DIESEL truck in the cold?

So Im in the process of finding a truck and I want to know how many of you have problems starting you diesels in cold or extreme cold. I'm only looking at buying an '05+ truck so older models need not reply.

If you have had problems please tell us if/how you corrected the problem.

Any input is appreciated.
