Front tint Legal in Illinois!!!

In case you havent heard by now, they have lifted the laws against tinting the front windows in Illinois.Happy day Happy day. Now I can drink and drive without worring about people seeing me. I mean My leather will last longer

haha I hadnt heard that yet. I got a ticket not to long ago in my S10 for window tint.

Not to resurrect the dead... but has anyone taken advantage of this in IL yet? I've heard a perfect match to the factory back tint is between 15-20%. From the inside, they've noticed a "gray" tint on the fronts and a "brown" tint on the factory rears. Outsides look almost identical.

i got 5 on the fronts and it matchs my rears perfect. and you hit the nail on the head, tint lets me enjoy a few beverages and do whatever i want in my truck almost anywhere anytime

That's sweet. Tx will never do that but luckily I have a medical exemption that let's me run whatever tint on all my windows except the windshield. I'm about to throw limo over what came on my truck from the dealer that you can see pictured below. That's what I did on my vette and it was so dark you couldn't see in with your face against the glass. Lol

You can still only have it so dark here in IL. Technically I think I am illegal, should of been 50% not 35%. This should help
