I live in KC area, but I have a brother that lives in Nixa which is like a suburb. Lots of rock, so basements are at a minimum if you are looking at houses. I have visited often and it is a nice area close to numerous outdoor activities (golf/fishing/etc...) and attractions (Branson/Silver Dollar City). Good schools, public & private.
