Hi - just checking in. I'm from Lincoln, Nebraska. Didn't know if anyone was around this area or if KC area is the closest members to me?? Just looking for some help with finding some local shops and members in my area.

There are a few other Nebraskans on here, dont see them much though. I think all are from Lincoln or Omaha.

Hey Josh - Been trying to do the mods myself so far. Although I had the leveling kit installed for me for free (tech owed me a favor)

I figured it was you - your screen name mostly but your occupation in your profile helped too.

well, about an hour and a half south east of you on the missouri side..but i'm in that neck of the woods from time to time mainly in nebraska city. every now and then i head on up to lincoln.

I'll be moving there directly. Finally got a bite on the house. Do you guys get together for an annual meet? We meet here 2-3 times a year. Have some food and talk shop for a few hours. (i'll be in Omaha)

That is were I went to college, now I bounce between southwest Iowa and Omaha.

Edit: I looked at your gallery just for grins, I was just out there helping a friend move into the dorms a couple weeks ago when the new quarter started and I remember seeing a truck like yours with the dual sidepipes on one side in the school parking lot, if you remember seeing a black and grey scab F-150 with a grille guard and white Hella light covers parked near yours (maybe even beside I don't remember for sure) that was mine. I am almost 99% sure that was your truck though, in that dinky of a town there can't be too many trucks that color with that style of exhaust.

 

We need to get together for a meet sometime. I remember three guys from Omaha met up once, but I think that was it.

We have a fair amount of people for a meet, would be fun.

Haha, thats pretty crazy, but yep, that woulda been me.
Whats funny is there is another truck that looks exactley like mine here, only its an STX...He even threw some FX4 rims on it, so the only way you can tell his and mine apart is the exhaust, his STX stickers, and I have Harley tails.

I remember seeing a black FX4 with gray on the bottom a while back, I dont remember if it had a grillegaurd on it or not though...maybe you?

Do you come around here often?

 

Mine is just a plain 'ol 4x4, so it wasn't me. I was just there to help on move in day before the new quarter started in early January, I don't really make it out there very often though.
