9:00pm saturday night the power is shut off to everything. By midnight town must be cleared out. Not sure if anything will even be left sunday.

I was refering to hillbilly days and edge's mention of he would be there on sunday, but nothing is even left on sunday.

Ever feel like some greater power is working against you? I have to work all this week and saturday I'm putting the rest of my stereo system in FINALLY(hopefully). Weekend came and went and didn't get to chase turkeys, not even once....I must have been a terrible person in a past life.

 

Ok, a new group has took over the car show this year, and from the looks of it they will let the 01 and newer vehicles enter, just no chance to be judged. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

You are still welcome to come up and we will put our trucks in the show and have a F150online banner or something and some cards.

My father and I are doing some work on the old mustang so it will not be at the show. I am going to pull the old army jeep down with my truck though and ride it around while the show is going on.

HILLBILLY DAYS Car Show, April 22 Pikeville, Ky
The Good Ole Boys Rods and Cruisers Car Club will be sponsoring a Hillbilly Days Car Show in Pikeville, Ky on April 22, 2006. The show will be held in downtown Pikeville in the BB & T Bank parking lot. Registration is from 8-11 with judging beginning at 11AM. Registration cost is $15.00 for vehicles up to 2001. Vehicles 2001 and newer will be $10.00...can be shown(prime parking spot during the festival), but aren't eligible for trophies. Trophy presentation will be at 1PM.

The show will include a Top 40, Best Chevy, Best Ford, and Best Mopar.

Lookin that way....I wouldn't come now anyway though I'm too ashamed of my truck. Some SOB keyed the hell out of it, gotta have the pass. side fender and door re-painted. Yaye....
