Thinking really hard about trying to get this one.
Posted on the Lightning forum about this, but would have to steal it. $30K is way out of my ballpark, but I got such a deal on a production Wood, I could get lucky on the prototype.
I could go $10K maybe, but I fear I may just get a spare parts vehicle for that money if it cannot be registered.
On the other hand, that ain't all that bad either.

Ouch!!!!!!
Just checked the Christie's auction results board.
The Blackwood #2 Prototype went for $52.875, Waaay out of my league.
I am just going to work so didn't have time to match up other prices, but I think the sale netted about $4,2 mil with at least one vehicle over a mil.
