2006 Lincoln Mark LT stalling problem

Just got my Truck back from the garage after it left me set along the road, they told me it was the Fuel Pump Driver Module, they replaced it and it was running great until I just went to Home Depot which is about 25 miles away and on my way back I got about a mile from the house and the truck shut off, it will start right back up but only goes for about a 100 feet then shuts off again, it did this about 5 times but I made it home, any ideas why it's doing this?

Check the connectors on the module.

Everything seems good with the wiring but no luck yet.

Cleared the codes again and drove it for about 15 miles and left it run idle for about 15 minutes and all seems well and no engine light on.

If the light comes on again, read and post the codes.

You should read the codes before you clear them.
