Codes p0345 and p0349 show for 2006 lincoln mark lt

The truck seems to idle a little rough. I have replaced the camshaft sensor on both sides and have tested both the battery and the alternator both in and out the truck and have tested good. I have also check the wiring throughout the truck and everything seems fine. I have cleared the code and it come back. I thinking the vvt solenoids at this point but not sure. Also the battery terminals had a lot of corrosion, and I cleaned them as much as I could. Any ideas of what else it could be?

According to this, it could also be caused by the crankshaft sensor failing?

alright ill look into that. I have video but i don't know how to upload it on here. It may be camshaft phasers, but I'm not 100% sure.

Looks like you have issues with both banks.

P0345 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank 2

A code P0345 could mean one or more of the following has happened:

a wire or connector in the circuit could be grounded/shorted/broken
the camshaft position sensor may have failed
the PCM may have failed
there exists an open circuit
the crankshaft position sensor may have failed

Possible Solutions
With a P0345 OBD-II trouble code, diagnosis can be tricky at times. Here are some things to try:

Visually inspect all the wiring and connectors in the circuit
Check for continuity in the circuit wiring
Check the operation (voltage) of the camshaft position sensor
Replace the camshaft position sensor as required
Check the crankshaft position circuit as well
Replace circuit wiring and/or connectors as required
Diagnose/replace the PCM as required

P0349 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Intermittent

Typically the causes for P0349 are:

Intermittent open in the power supply circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Intermittent short to ground in the power supply circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Intermittent open in the ground circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Intermittent open in the signal circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Intermittent short to 5 volts in the signal circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Intermittent short to ground in the signal circuit to the camshaft position sensor
Camshaft Position Sensor tone ring damage
Occasionally-Crankshaft Position Sensor producing intermittent signals

Aren't both codes for bank 2? Thats how they come up on my scanner. all the wires look fine. Could corrosion on the battery terminals cause this codes? Also I have been told the engine sound like a little like a diesel engine

I thought sensor "A" was bank 1? No, battery terminal corrosion can't cause this. The diesel sound is the phasers. You may have low oil pressure at idle, it may be time for a complete timing job.

Man, that's a lot of codes, especially since it was apparently running fine before. It reminds me of the time I drove with a dead alternator and the stuff in the car just kept shutting down one at a time. I'd go get my battery and alternator checked at Advance or Autozone. If they're okay, then at least I'd know that much.
