I got the iSimple one on eBay for $50. piece of cake to install, only took me a couple of hours. i ran the cord into my arm rest compartment, just a few pieces to pop off. It works very nicely. The only annoying thing is if you are looking for a certain album or artist, it takes a while to go through all of them, but if you mainly use playlists, it works very very well. great sound!

I have the USA spec and have been very satisfied. I have the cable going to my glovebox. It's not great for navigating to specific album, artists, or songs if you have a lot of them. It could become a very tedious and dangerous process while driving. Playlists work great. I almost always have mine set to shuffle so it works great for me. I just keep my iPod plugged in my glovebox.

I also run the USA spec unit, and have had no issues at all. I do have the same complaint as everyone else, navigation is not that great however you can switch the control over to the iPod/iPhone and use it to search through albums playlists etc. Not sure about the iSimple, but I chose the USA spec due to it also having an Aux input on it which allows me to run the sound from my DVD player through the stereo.
