Need info about DIN for 06 Mark LT

Hey folks, am about to be a proud new owner of an '06 Mark LT. Truck has never been modified in any way, has all the bells and whistles, but I would like to change out the stock head unit for something more functional (sat/nav).

I know there's an AUX button on the stock unit, but have no idea how or where it's interfaced (am assuming there are RCA ports in the back of the stock unit).

I've seen pics of folks who have replaced theirs, my question is, about the form factor spacing.

Is the stock radio spacing a Dual DIN and not some oddball form-factor?

I've seen some inline cable harness interfaces that port head units to the Lincoln wiring, am assuming those enable function via the steering wheel controls.

Hope these aren't dumb questions, this will be my 4th Ford truck, my current is still a 99 F150 XLT (about to hit 250k miles).

Thanks for looking!
