Is this a good deal on an 07 LT?
Is this a good deal on an 07 LT?
OK, I just emailed a local dealer and he has a 07 LT MSRP $48,890. I offered him $41,000 and he said if I come in tomorrow and close the deal, it's a sale. I know there are some large discounts on LT's these days. Did I do good?
Thanks, AL

That's a good deal.
My sticker was 49.8 I think, and with ford employee family discount and the 2500 rebate if you buy, vs 1500 rebate if you lease, my end price was around 41k.
The L T leases great compared to the F150 too, but I decided to buy mine without any financing, this way I can pay myself back when I feel like it

I just got my 07 Mark LT last weekend. The sticker was 49225 and I got it for 41700 with the 1500 lease rebate. I live in PA and could not find a local dealer that would deal on a similiar equiped truck so I drove 5 hours to Detroit and they sold it to me for $150.00 over invoice and the delaers here in PA would only bend for 3% over invoice.
So I would say that 41,000 is a real good deal if you are leasing it with the 1500 rebate however if you are buying it you MIGHT be able to do a little better now that the rebate on the 07 is now 3500
Check the exact invoice price on edmunds.com or kbb.com and then subtract the appropriate rebates from the invoice and that will tell you if you got a good deal or not. But I would say, without knowing your exact options or your invoice price, that you are in the right ballpark at 41000.
Good luck.... they are great trucks!!!! and real head turners!!! Also think about this. Lincoln will only sell something like a little over 10,000 LT's in 2006 so if you divide that by 50 states that is somewhere in the vicinity of ONLY200 LT's per state .... in all likelyhood you may have the only LT around your town.
