Unhappy Electrical Problem - Need Help!

I own a 2002 lincoln blackwood and love it. I'm currently experiencing a problem where a 5amp fuse is blowing that controls the cruise control, power windows, radio, and prevents shifting from park to drive. I currently have the truck at the dealer (under warranty) and the mechanic needs help. Of course, I couldn't recreate the problem for the mechanic. I not sure of the mechanics competence so I'm trying to get any information I can to share with the mechanic. This problem is intermittent. I'm thinking there's a short some where and if the mechanic knows what circuit, he should be able to look for shaffing or an exposed wire. May be this wire is getting chewed up or wet from a leak of some sort. The dealer (mechanic) replaced the brake selnoid two weeks ago. After one tow service, I now know how to turn the key halfway and shift from park to neutral to start the vehicle.

I'm sure you would agree sense the truck is under warranty to get it fixed. But dealing with the dealership has been a nightmare.

Any suggestions or ideas is very much appreciated. Thank you!
