Honda Civic blows away any Lightning

I've got a Honda Civic that will blow the doors off of any Lightning on this forum. It's capable of speeds of over 200 mph. I dare anybody to come to the Northwest and take this beast on. Oh, and it's black, which some say is the fastest color.

Talking I'll take that challenge!

Remember that scene in Ocean's Eleven (newer version with George Clooney) with the two crazy brothers and the one races his radio controled truck against the other brother driving the real thing. That radio controlled thing took off fast but if you saw the movie then you know what eventually happened....

No no, you wouldn't be able to catch this one. With the right motor and gears they say this thing will have a top speed of 290mph. It only costs about $10.00 to mod it to be able to do this. If I can only figure out how to ride in this little rice rcoket.

What?

Ummm....

I don't mean to spoil the fantasy, but since it is a small toy, the wind resistance at 290mph would lift it off the ground. It would never get anywhere near that speed...or half that speed...maybe a quarter of that speed...

And of course don't forget

Just replace lightning with "radio controled toy"

I think he is talking about 'scale' mph. If its 1/10 scale and does 29 mph, that's sorta like 290 mph.

290 You had better have a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very
long, straight, and flat stretch of road to attempt that.

Try to contol one as it approaches 80mph and you'll see what I mean.

R/C cars are cool and it would own just about anything in their 'scaled down version of the 1/4'. 290 good god I couldn't imagine decelerating from that speed with a R/C.

Ride in it LOL if you're Stuart Little.

Kobiashi,

I think you are taking this a little to seriously.
