Roush

Well I have a complete Roush suspension on the way, along with the billet pedal set ($39). I talked to Eric and he was very nice to deal with. I was curious why the large discount on F150 parts. It was simple really. They are overstocked and need to make room for all of the new 04 goodies coming out.

I would like to thank all of you that have answered my questions on this suspension setup.

Hopefully soon I will be riding on rails, or a Road Magnet!

I will need to order some end links and a rear bump stops, Jegs comes in handy for that stuff. I'll install the suspension first, then measure so that I get the exact size parts that I need.

Thanks again,
Kurt

I removed the front bumpstops and replaced them with the Roush supplied fronts. Then removed the rears and replaced with the fronts...I haven't bottomed out yet....The fronts should work well and save you money. I just got mine aligned and the camberbolts installed...Cost me about $150.00 but it was done right. Also I kept the drop shackels which allowed another inch of rear drop..truck is nice and level and flat in tight corners.
Still working on tire pressure and still runing the factory supplied Bilsteins on the front. The new Roush fronts should be here in a couple of days.
The pedals look nice I think...have fun

When it all gets here, come on up and visit the Crazyone
and me for install ... HEH HEH HEH ... after two of them we
kinda got it down ...

Since my BACK shocks were back ordered, and they just got
here, the Ford Garage slapped them on while the bed was off.
<Eat your heart out Brandon ... !!!> That was the hardest part
of the whole install ... The back ROUSH shocks are really extended
and hard to get in because of the gas tank and stuff.

I also talked to Eric at Roush yesterday and ordered the lowering kit. What are end links, and why do you need them to do the install? Eric told me everything I would need would be in the kit.

Endlinks control the position of the swaybars. You would like the swaybar to be as parallel to the ground as possible, and when you drop 2", it moves some. Getting a correct height endlink will even this out.

While not replacing the endlinks immediately is not going to kill you, you will not have the optimum handling of your truck... It'll corner better with the right size endlinks.
