I believe Jim Bell is waiting for another shipment. No one will have them if he is out of stock. Also, Danny Swanson is only about 40 miles from Kenne Bell. He can run over and pick one up the same day if it is in stock. Skip

Thumbs up

I Use Danny Swanson , Last Year....... I was one of his 1st Customers using #4 lower pulley on an 01 L. Using his dyno,
Danny dialed me in w/ agreat chip. I recently had some detonation on cool nights @ high rpm.~~~~~~~Stopped by Dannys shop, Danny reburned my chip. and had me "outta there"
in minutes........................Danny runs his 10 sec Mustang @ Carlsbad and always has his equip to reburn your chip @ the track for "Test and Tune"

Nothing but good things to say about Swanson from Me!!

Danny Swanson

Put it to you simple, Danny is the best. Not another tuner even close.

Thorough? When he did my dyno for some reason he did not advise me what else he could do to help me obtain answers I was looking for although he knew what I was looking for. When I later asked why we did not do it I was told "cause you did not ask specifically for it".

Having to revisit his shop will cost me another 3 hours of my time and another $100. That is not thorugh nor is good customer service in my book.

Knows his stuff? Maybe. But I might not have a chance to find out how much he knows if I have to read his mind when asking for help.

"thorough" to me is that when he dove into my engine, he made sure to check and re-check each and every piece of the motor he touched.

I can't speak to your experience, only to say that for myself - a professional diagnostician of another sort - I know a lot of stuff. If I do not specifically mention something, I ususally have good reason not to. If you ask me point blank, I'll give you an answer, but cannot volunteer to purge my brain at every encounter.
You ask, I answer.

Hey ZoranC,
Can you elaborate on the types of questions you wanted answered at the time of your Dyno? I'll be setting mine up and would like to know what Danny didn't tell you without you asking specifically.

I have tons of experience troubleshooting complex environments in my own field. When people come to me and tell me they are "hurting" I make sure that I get more info on background of their "pain" and then I, based on what I find out, give them feedback what should be done in order for them to have better chance to address "pain" they came with. They can not ask me point blank questions, they know nothing about environments that are my specialty, just the same as me knowing nothing about vehicle I need to fix. That is why they pay me bucks, to know it instead of them. I help them make educated decision. That's very different from brain dump.

Basically the questions others here asked me while we were discussing issues with my Harley: What are your A/F #s? What is your boost? (Harley, unlike Lightning, does not have boost gauge) Etc, etc, etc.

Ill take this challenge... Come out to our Dyno day on the 21st. Lay down your #'s on 91 octane. Then we will have Shawn tune it...
