I'm going to tell you what I would do based on what your going threw.

I know I'm the type of person that couldn't live the rest of my life in a wheel chair thinking that there is a chance to walk again. especially at such a young age. Its a great and extreme risk to you to try and walk again but I think that is a chance I would have to take. I can't possible imagine what life is like for you now but I'm deeply sorry and I wish you the best of luck bro.
